The transformation of territories with cities and metropolitan areas at the center, changes in the way of producing and working, demographic trends with the progressive aging of the population, the consequent slowing down of social and individual times, the pressure of technology that connects everything and speeds up, the explosion of the many dynamics relating to sustainability ... are some of the context processes that give the physical environment a growing social centrality of which living becomes a characterizing and conforming element.
The new, necessary planning of living needs updated references on new housing models , on the behaviors, desires and needs of the inhabitant in order to direct the strategic choices of private and public subjects towards the right solutions.
AN INTEGRATED APPROACH
THE CONTEXT
We analyze the territory and the project; we investigate the spatial, historical and identity characters, the transformations in progress, the network of local and non-local actors, the territorial planning documents, and, finally, the physical dimensions (demographic data, flows, and production structure of the context) to trace a complex description of the territory.
THE DEMAND
We build research paths aimed at the identification of needs, deficiencies, problems and wishes on the part of the stakeholders.
We compare the specifications of the single project with our database, focusing on our owner segmentation model that aims to represent experiences and relationships with the house and living according to a consolidated scheme in the different editions of Housing Tomorrow: that of housing styles.
THE STRATEGY
Starting from the acquired knowledge , the strategic lines of development of the project and the possible communication, marketing and commercial actions to be developed by the various stakeholders are traced.
We compare the characteristics of the single project with the segmentation of our model which for years has represented the experiences and relationships with the home and living.
All with the aim of aligning the project with current and evolving living styles.
